Seniors are now selling supper tickets for Sept. 8th (Homecoming) Meal STREET TACOS MEAL---$10 each -3 Tacos (2 Chicken & 1 Al Pastor (No substitutions)) -Rice -Charro Beans -Homemade Dessert -Drink All meals will be served in the Commons Area. Parking & entrance for the meals will be the Front Entrance ONLY. Once the supper is over, you can park in the General Parking to enter the FB Gates for the Homecoming events.

Help us welcome Mr. James Pittman to Petersburg ISD! Mr. Pittman will be teaching high school math. "I have been teaching math for 18 years! I have been married to my amazing wife Michelle Pittman (the art and theater teacher) for 20 years in October. We have 2 awesome kids. Emma is a junior and Nate is an 8th grader here at Petersburg. Our staff goes above and beyond daily. Today, Ms. Patricia Vega and Mrs. Clara Ramirez, showed what that looks like by helping a student dig through trash looking for a retainer. Petersburg ISD Registration Information NEW STUDENT Registration will start on Tuesday, August 1st from 9am-3pm in the Campus Office. Please bring: •Birth Certificate •Shot Record •Social Security Card •Proof of residence •Parents/Guardians Drivers license •Parents/Guardians Proof of income (Pre-K Students only) (This will be for those students that are NEW to our district) Online Registration will be open Tuesday, August 1st for returning students. Everyone is encouraged to register online at this time. (This will be for students who are already attending or have attended PISD)

Same Heart & Hustle, Different Role Petersburg ISD would like to congratulate Mrs. Noemi Ortiz on her new role as school secretary. Mrs. Ortoz has served Buffalo Nation for the past 14 years. She has served as PreK assistant, PE teacher, and Music teacher. "I have worked as a part of the Buffalo Nation family for 14 years. I have deep roots in our community, My husband, Juan, and I are both PHS alumni. We also have a son, Juan Eduardo, who is a 2020 PHS graduate and twin daughters, Brianna and Kianna, who are seniors this year. It is very exciting for me to start a new opportunity as one of our school secretaries.
