They also voted unanimously to propose to maintain the current tax rate of $1.17 for maintenance and operations for the 2012-13 school year.

They also voted unanimously to maintain the current tax rate of $1.17 for maintenance and operations and eliminate the prior year tax rate of $.065 for the interest and sinking fund for a total proposed 2011-12 tax rate of $1.17.
