Lady Buffs Head To Regional Tournament

Conquer Meadow 63-42 For First Ever Regional Tournament Appearance

The Petersburg Lady Buffs, fueled by 23 points from Brittany Shedd and 15 from Katlyn Tarbet, raced to a 63-42 win over the Meadow Lady Broncs Tuesday night at Post. Taylor Nichols added 14 points as the Lady Buffs punched their ticket to the regional tournament for the first time in school history. The Lady Buffs will take on the Happy Cowgirls at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the South Plains College Texan Dome in Levelland. Classes will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
